Les plateformes de formation à distance, des environnements capacitants ?

Abstract : From the perspective of emancipating the learners' power to act, our contribution aims to question the ergonomic qualities of LMS but also the psychological and cognitive capacities of learners when they use these distance learning platforms. The questioning is renewed in the light of the notions of the enabling environment and the theory of capabilities. We focus our reflections, through the most frequent feedback from users, on the key notion of conversion factor and the related notion of cognitive attractor. Examples of conversion factors and cognitive attractors are proposed before concluding on the consideration of these elements in a continuous and distributed platform design.
