Suivre l’engagement des apprenants dans l’activité de construction de cartes mentales

Abstract : Our work aims at helping teachers to monitor learners’ engagement during mind mapping activities. Teachers use mind maps to make students organize topics and learn contents. To assess these mind maps, teachers need tools to understand students’ choices during construction. In collaboration with teachers we have defined a set of indicators based upon learners’ interaction traces. Those indicators have been implemented in a dashboard dedicated to teachers. In this paper, we introduce the first version of the dashboard and describe its design, implementation, and the results of an evaluation based on usability and utility aspects
