The objective of this work is to present the problems of Data Mining , Machine Learning and Big Data in a comprehensive way by looking to these problems from the perspective of Dynamical Systems (Automatic Control). The conclusion of the work is that the techniques currently used in Data Mining and Machine Learning for Data Mining are outdated. The techniques developed in the field of System Identification (on line and off line) should be used in data Mining and Machine Learning.

L’exposé porte un regard sur le Data mining et le Machine learning dans les Big Data à travers le prisme de l’Automatique. Il se propose de clarifier un certain nombre de concepts et procédures opératoires. La conclusion de ce travail est que les techniques couramment utilisées en Data Mining et Machine Learning pour le Data Mining sont dépassées au regard des techniques utilisées en Identification des Systèmes (data mining dans les sytèmes dynamiques). Quelques voies possibles de recherche sont évoquées à la fin de l’exposé.
