nD Quasi-Affine Transformations

A Quasi-Affine Transformation (QAT) is a transformation on $\mathbb Z^n$ which corresponds to the composition of an affine transformation and an integer part function. The author of this report and other authors (Coeurjolly, Tellier, Nehlig...) have already studied QATs and their applications. The aim of this paper is to complete and improve the results of these works.
