Abstract

The electrical resistivity of several Cd1-xSb x antimony rich alloys has been investigated between the liquidus curve and about 900°C. The sharp decrease in the resistivity, which occurs after the melting point, is discussed in terms of clusters. Above 800 °C, the resistivity becomes an increasing function of temperature.
