OPTICAL STARK EFFECT IN GaAs QUANTUM WELLS

Résumé

The optical Stark shift of excitons in GaAs and related compounds is reviewed. It has been observed for a dynamic coupling between either the crystal ground state and first exciton or between the two conduction-band sublevels.
