Résumé

Glass samples belonging the TeO2 - Ta2O5 Bi2O3 (TTB) system are prepared by conventional melt-quenching technique and corresponding vitreous domain is identified. A crystallization study of 80 10 glass composition versus temperature shows structural transitions from to stabilization an unreported translucent anti-glass phase eventually a fully transparent crystalline ceramic in both visible infrared ranges. The structure microstructure phases characterized Powder X-Ray Diffraction, Electron Back-Scatter Transmission Microscopy Raman spectroscopy. optical properties undoped Er3+-doped also discussed. Up-conversion green emission band that intensity about 2 4 times more intense than ceramic, respectively. Furthermore, large spectral bandwidth 105 nm found sample. advantageous spectroscopic characteristics here, together with good thermal stability these samples, suggest has potential applications as amplification medium for generation ultrashort (femtoseconds) pulses.
