Diffusion d'une formation hybride à l'intercompréhension par la formation en ligne des enseignants-tuteurs

Résumé

This paper presents an online training proposal for teachers aiming to use in their teaching context the Galanet platform (www.galanet.eu). This platform allows to implement sessions of blended learning bringing together several teams of learners and making them working in their different romance languages (mainly French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish) in order to foster their plurilingual competence in cross-comprehension, i.e. their skills to understand the other languages and being understood. The online solution to train teaching in such a platform appears as the best way for dissemination. Firstly we explain here the main features of the blended learning with Galanet and the problematic of its dissemination as a frame for a research action about designing an online program for teachers (on another platform, Esprit : http://flodi.grenet.fr). Secondly, a first realization of this program is described and the interactions collected are analyzed in order to point out motivations, needs and fears among the teachers. Finally, this analysis is discussed and used to design new evolutions of the training program.
