It is an invitation to meditate on the political change negotiated in stages in the first year of the Roman Republic and on Publicola's moderation in accepting consular authority by honouring the People.

Elle est une invitation à méditer le changement politique , négocié par étapes, l’an un de la République romaine et la modération de Publicola, qui fait accepter l’autorité consulaire en honorant le Peuple.
