Competency Cataloging and Localization to Support Organizational Agility in BPM

In this article, we describe a competency-based framework to support organizational agility within the context of business process management. We develop a generic methodology to integrate competency management to locate knowledgeable actors among the corporate employees and to find the right actors to perform the process tasks. This article exploits a competency catalog to register the corporate employees competencies and proposes a methodology to retrieve the knowledgeable actors from the database.
