Réseau, régulation, territoire

Abstract : Network doesn't depend on frontiers but territory is defined by its ability to supply a singular space. Since there isantagonism between territory and network, what does « territorial network » mean ? Territorial foundation of networks lieon a national integration mode of networks know-how and territories representations. However, a renewed approach ofnetwork-territory regulation should deal with networks heterogeneity.
