هذا الكِتاب هـو مُحاوَلةٌ مُتواضِعةٌ لوصف القواعِد النَّاظِـمة لعمل التّرانزِسـتُور ثُنائِيّ القُطب ولشـرح تطبيقاته، وهو مُوجَّهٌ بالأَسـاس إِلى طلبة الهندسـة الإِلـكترونيَّة والـكهربائِيَّة، ومُصمَمٌ ليَـكُون مَرجِعاً لـمُقرر أُسـس الـهـندسـة الإِلـكـترونيَّة أَو أَيّ مُقررٍ لاحِـقٍ يَرتكِز عليه، وهـو مـَكتُوبٌ باللُّـغة العربيَّـة الـفُصحى ومَدعُومٌ بـأَكـثر مِن مِـئَـة صُورةٍ وشكلٍ لـمُسـاعـدة الطَّالِـب على الـفـِكـرة واسـتيعاب الـمَـعـلُـومة وبـنـاء أَسـاسٍ نـظـريٍّ يَـكُـون القاعِدة المَتينة لتطبيقاتٍ عمليّةٍ لاحِقةٍ.

This book is a modest attempt to describe the rules governing the work of a bipolar transistor and to explain its applications. It is oriented for students of electronics and electrical engineering and is designed to be a reference for the fundamentals of electronics or any topics based on it. The book is written in Arabic and relies on upon over a hundred images to help students understand the ideas and information as well as building a theoretical foundation, which in turn, provides a solid foundation for practical applications.
