On computing estimates of the attraction region for a class of nonlinear time-varying delay systems

In this paper, initial estimates of the attraction region for a class of nonlinear time-varying delay systems are proposed. The approach is constructive, and make use of an appropiate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The results are applied to the Kelly's model for describing congestion control in networks.
