Consensus and Flocking in Cooperative Systems with Random Communication Failures

Abstract : We study sufficient conditions for convergence to consensus and flocking of non-linear multi-agent systems subject to random-in-time communication failures. Our approach is based on Lya-punov methods adapted to this non-stationary setting , under a persistence of excitation condition. This assumption has an interpretation in terms of average connectedness of the interaction graph.
