La composizione in abruzzese

This contribution offers a general description of compounding in Abruzzese, focusing on V+N e N+A compounds , particularly vital in the dialect. However, other kinds of compounds are also discussed, as well as redu-plicative constructions, despite the fact that the latter do not correspond in all cases to prototypical compounds and do not have nouns as output category.
