Place et rôle des formateurs IUFM dans l'autonomisation des stagiaires autour d'un dispositif de construction de compétences C2i2e

Abstract : The aim of this article is to study the exchanges between IUFM training teachers and their trainers around the validation of C2i2e competences within the framework of a numerical environment. We wonder what can be learned around the numerical portfolio in particular concerning autonomy that all the texts issue. We question the place of the exchanges for the construction of these trainings from the point of view of the potentialities of the numerical environment and in the speeches of various actors of teachers' education. We considerer that a numerical portfolio can be regarded as an environment to exchange and learn on line under certain operating conditions of which one is the accompaniment. However, tutoring task is new task which proves to be difficult for the trainers.
