La fragmentation de l'identité dans les rituels de présentation : le cas Modiano
Résumé
Introducing someone involves the use of conventionalized or prefabricated multiword expressions. They are plenty of ‘presentations scenes’ in Patrick Modiano's work, and they function like a key to his sometimes artfully puzzling novels. The research aims to establish the pragmatic structure and the lexical motives of these scenes. This involves studying the routines of these conversational games with a focus on their functional status, in order to analyze how the author is seeking to deconstruct the conventional presentation scene. By capturing the fragments of our lives and identities, the presentation scenes open up a difficult path between amnesia and reminiscence.
