General flowshop models: job dependent capacities, job overlapping and deterioration

Several extensions of the two‐machine flowshop model that arise in industrial applications are considered. These modifications of the classical case concern buffer capacities that vary with the size of the part, and processing times that are variable and increase in situations of overlapping and long waiting periods between the different operations.
