This paper presents electrical verification in GaAs DCFL VLSI circuits. A set of about thirty rules that deal with both static and dynamic electrical aspects has been especially defined. Moreover, because of the complexity of GaAs circuits, a software tool has been developed to perform this verification automatically. VITESSE HGaAsII process has been targeted but the software which uses a parameter file, is process independent.
