Caractérisation de la fissuration des structures endommagées

Abstract : We present a mixed approach coupling discrete and finite modeling for studying crack properties in damage structure. At structure scale, an anisotropic damage model is used. An novel criterium based on the positive deformations and on the damage tensor gives an estimation of the crack opening, and of course of the crack orientation. If a finest crack description is needed, at material scale, a discrete model is used allowing a fine description of the crack topology.
