Robust stabilization of switched affine systems with unknown parameters and its application to DC/DC flyback converters

Résumé

In this paper, we consider switched affine systems with unknown parameters and we propose a robust switched control design methodology with a global asymptotic stability property. The difficulty is related to the fact that the equilibrium point is unknown a priori. The proposed control strategy is observer-based and it depends on a parameter estimate. We prove that this estimate converges to the actual parameter value and we provide a detailed analysis of the transient. Indeed, before convergence to the actual value the equilibrium point is not invariant. Finally, a DC/DC Flyback converter is considered to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
