Proceduralization of the contxtual knowledge for decision making.

Although it seems obvious that decision making is a contextual task, it is rarely referred to contextual information in papers dealing with decision making. We begin by examining the contextual dimension of decision making. Then we explain our views about the acquisition of contextual data and the construction of a reasoning framework appropriate for decision making (proceduralization).
