Limitation of High Water Levels in Bays and Estuaries During Storm Flood Events

Abstract : This study, which involves process-based numerical models validated with reference to tide gauge measurements, tends to specify in what extent the flooding behind the coastline may limit the water levels reached during exceptional events.
