A Multicomponent Modeling Approach for Fishery Simulations

Résumé

Surplus-Production Models are computer tools for describing and simulating biomass dynamics of fish stocks. In this work, we propose a new modeling design based on coupling two wellknown paradigms in spatial computer modeling simulation (M&S): Cellular Automata Model (CAM) and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS).
