Cauchy-compact flat spacetimes with BTZ singularities

Résumé
In a previous paper, we introduced the notion of flat spacetimes including BTZ singularities. In the present paper,
we study the moduli space of such spacetimes. We show, generalizing previous results of Penner, that such a spacetime always admits
a convex polyhedral Cauchy-surface. It implies a canonical identification between the moduli space of linear flat spacetimes with singular BTZ lines
and the moduli space of singular locally eucliean surfaces.
Dans un article précédent, nous avons introduit la notion d'espace temps plat a singularités BTZ. Dans le présent travail, nous étudions l'espace de modules de ces espace-temps. Nous généralisons des résultats obtenu par Penner en montrant qu'un tel espace-temps admet un surface de Cauchy polyédrale convexe. Cela implique une identification naturelle entre l'espace de modules des espace temps plat linéaires à singularités BTZ et l'espace de modules des surfaces localement euclidiennes singulières.
