Autonomic Management of Pervasive Context

Abstract : Pervasive computing promotes environmentswhere smart, communication-enabled devices cooperate toprovide services to people. Due to their inherent complexity, many pervasive applications are built on top of service-orientedplatforms, providing a set of facilities simplifying theirdevelopment and execution. In this demo, we present such aplatform, iCasa, extended with an autonomic, service-orientedcontext module. It is validated on diverse applications developedwith the Orange Labs in the health domain.
