Could the Darboux's forces be an alternative to the dark matter/energy?

In this paper we study the possibility that the Darboux-Halphen's forces be a classical alternative to Dark matter and Dark energy hypotheses. We study their two limiting cases, the Newton's and the Hooke's, and we compare our result with the Friedman's equation. At end an important part of this work is to purpose an experiment on the Earth, in order to valid or invalid our results.
