Politiques optimales d'allocation de blocs de sous-porteuses dans les systèmes OFDMA codés sans connaissance du canal

Abstract : We study the optimal blockwise subcarrier allocation scheme in coded OFDMA uplink systems without channel state information at the transmitter side. The Discrete Fourier Transform of the channel in OFDMA systems produce correlation between the subcarriers and this correlation produce a degradation of the transmission performance. As a consequence, there exist some subcarrier allocation schemes which are likely to obtain higher diversity gains. In order to find these optimal schemes we minimize an inter-carrier sum-correlation function defined as the sum of correlations of each subcarrier with respect to the others in the same allocation scheme. We show the robustness of the proposed blockwise allocation policy to the effect of carrier frequency offsets (CFO). Moreover, we propose the block-size which provides the good compromise between diversity and CFO. Numerical simulations which validate our results are presented.
