Résumé

Recent studies have demonstrated the impact of cerebellar lesion load and atrophy on cognitive impairment in multiple sclerosis (MS) that might result from functional disconnection in the fronto-cerebellar loop and local modulation. However, structural alterations in posterior lobules, in which cognitive functioning seems preponderant, are still unknown.
