Influence of component ESR on a 4G frequency reconfigurable antenna

Abstract : In recent years, frequency reconfigurable antennas have been widely studied for mobile phone application. Such structure can be used to cover a wideband in the sub-GHz by tuning the resonance, with a reduced size of the antenna. However, the majorities of this antenna type are narrow band. In this article, a mixed structure is proposed to study the influence of the ESR on frequency reconfigurable antenna.
