Intersectionality quantifies over social categories and takes from the vocabulary of a static group geometry, falling short at capturing human individual dynamic experiences of categorial assignations. I propose to think of the category as the result of what power really creates and defends: the frontiers between human groups. Intersectionality is among the properties of these frontiers. I show how the notion of frontier dwells on the concrete individual knowledge of geopolitical borders (localisation, crossings, resistances, clandestinity). L'intersectionalité quantifie sur les catégories sociales et emprunte au vocabulaire d'une statique géométrie des ensembles, peinant à capturer les expériences humaines individuelles dynamiques des assignations catégorielles. Je propose de penser la catégorie comme le résultat de ce que crée et défend réellement le pouvoir : les frontières entre groupes humains. L'intersectionalité est une des propriétés de ces frontières. Je montre comment la notion de frontière mobilise fructueusement les connaissances individuelles concrètes des frontières.
