Les nouveaux enjeux des politiques culturelles
Résumé
As a dimension of human activities and field of public/private actions, the arts and the cultural field are now marked by major changes. Globalization, the impact of (new) technologies on the production, distribution or "consumption" of culture, expansion and hybridization of art forms, the variety of issues related to the theme of cultural diversity are challenges for action and research. The contributions of young European researchers in this collection are distributed around three axes which structure the debates and challenges the relationship between culture, territory and society : the metropolitan cultural turn (how the integration of the cultural dimension in development urban projects led to rearrange dialogue between cities and culture); the territorial european dynamics (how the intervention of diversified public and the emergence of innova-tive cultural formats transform cultural policy), the problem of control over new technology, business models and mediation.
À la fois dimension des activités humaines et domaine d'actions publiques ou pri-vées, le champ artistique et culturel est aujourd'hui marqué par des transformations majeures. La globalisation, l'impact des (nouvelles) technologies sur la production, la diffusion ou la " consommation " de la culture, l'élargissement et l'hybridation des formes artistiques, la variété des enjeux associés au thème de la diversité culturelle, sont autant de défis pour l'action et la recherche. Les contributions de jeunes chercheurs européens réunies dans ce livre sont distri-buées autour de trois axes qui structurent les débats et enjeux des rapports entre culture, territoires et société : la question métropolitaine (comment l'intégration de la dimension culturelle à l'élaboration des projets urbains conduit à réagencer le dialogue entre villes et culture) ; les dynamiques territoriales et l'européanisation (comment l'intervention d'acteurs publics diversifiés et l'émergence de formats culturels inno-vants transforment les politiques culturelles) ; la problématique de la régulation autour des nouveaux modèles technologiques, économiques et de médiation.
