Propagation failure reduction in a Nagumo chain

We show numerically and theoretically that a Nagumo lattice initially in propagation failure conditions can sustain information propagation thanks to an additive perturbation. This effect can be extended to random perturbations where anappropriate amount of noise enhances propagation.
