This work highlight potential gains linked to the control of HVAC system used in buildings. For this, the modelling of electrical system is realized in order to optimize its behaviour. This study is based on the calculation of losses generated in ventilator motors and variable speed drivers to determine the optimal control mode and to evaluate the energy saving.
