Microhandling Strategies and Microassembly in Submerged medium.

Résumé

As presented in Part I, the surface forces may affect the micromanipulation task especially the release of the microobject. Most of microhandling tasks are done in the dry medium (air or vacuum). But, the liquid medium could have a lot of advantages in micromanipulation of manufactured objects as presented in Section 2.2. The objective of this chapter is to present different microhandling strategies used in liquid and a microassembly station.
