Simple Rules and Chart to Design an All-optical SPM-based Regenerator

We report a chart, based on simple rules, to find the appropriate set of parameters of a nonlinear fiber (length, dispersion and nonlinear coefficient) used in an all optical SPM-based regenerator with an off-centered filter.
