Ressources numériques et documentation des professeurs. Un nouveau regard sur conception et usage

Abstract : The paper presents a new theoretical approach of teachers work the work that we call documentational approach of didactics. It illuminates the evolution of teachers practices, resulting from the use of digital resources and from new opportunities of collaboration. This approach is used for analyzing the work of teachers, in and outside the classroom, as well as in the context of teacher education. It helps to situate the role of teachers as key partners in any design process of resources for teaching. The study focuses on mathematics teachers in secondary schools (students 11-18 years), but it is assumed a broader validity of the proposed approach.
