Fast infrared self-focusing in photorefractive InP:Fe

Abstract : Photorefractive self-focusing temporal dynamic is characterized experimentally in InP:Fe semiconductor and the results are found to be in good agreement with a theoreticalmodel. Short response time (10ìs) aremeasured for relatively low intensities (10W/cm2).
