L-DOPA effect on speech dysprosody in Parkinson's disease:an acoustic and aerodynamic study

Résumé

We try to quantify the changes induced by L-DOPA treatment in a large population of parkinsonian patients: - on pitch, intensity and oral airflow mean values during a sustained vowel task.- on speech dysprosody during a reading task (mean F0 and tonal range). - on subglottal pressure (assessed via the intra-oral pressure) during sentence production.
