Résumé

E-maintenance can be considered as a maintenance management concept whereby assets are monitored and managed over the Internet. Indeed new distributed-collaborative maintenance architecture allows increasing maintenance efficiency, velocity ... and so on to optimize maintenance related workflow. Thus several e-maintenance platforms or infrastructure (Software, Hard/Soft...) already exist and are most of time made up of new software, Infotronics technologies ... allowing to offer new business processes for maintenance. Nevertheless, these platforms support mainly an evolution of the condition based maintenance to which is added access to remote experts using Web interface for decision-making aid. Only few recent platforms are fully in coherence with the global e-maintenance philosophy. In that way, this paper aims at presenting some e-maintenance platforms in general and then focusing on our TELMA platform well adapted to demonstrate e-maintenance requirements. TELMA is based on a physical process connected both to a automation architecture and to a maintenance architecture. It is developed from market components.
