Résumé

During last decades, emerging control systems are generally hybrids between usual hierarchical and heterachical systems, like holonic manufacturing systems for example. New technologies, like the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) have made such implementation possible, giving them a new interest. Validation of these new approaches and their comparison with traditional ones can't be done with usual simulation methods. In this paper, we suggest a modelling method leading to split a manufacturing system into a simulated control subsystem and a emulated physical subsystem, what enable to compare several control systems on the same industrial sized emulation model.
