Rapid development of inter-firm networks makes relationship partner selection a core issue in inter-firm relationship research.Rational partner selection is conducive to the formation of stable and effective strategic partner relationships and the advancement of inter-firm value co-creation. This paper first reviews existing partner selection research in four aspects,namely knowledge matching,relationship interaction,strategic synergy and institutional embeddedness,and systematically sorts out the theoretical perspectives,main ideas and conclusions of mainstream research.Finally, based on a literature review,it proposes the directions in follow-up inter-firm partner selection research to provide the reference for further theoretical exploration.

企业间网络的迅猛发展,使得关系伙伴选择成为企业间关系研究的一个核心问题。通过合理选择伙伴,能够有利于形成稳定、高效的战略伙伴关系,并推动企业间的价值共创。本文首先从知识匹配、关系互动、战略协同、制度嵌入四个方面回顾了已有的伙伴选择研究,较为系统地梳理了主流研究的理论视角、主要观点和结论;然而,在回顾已有研究的基础上提出了后续企业间伙伴选择研究的发展方向,为进一步的理论探索提供参考
