Coral is a ceramic material whose texture and composition is adapted for the realization of osseous substitutes in case of disease or accidental osseous losses. Being a micro-organism shaped mineral, the coral must undergo different washing treatments in order to eliminate the traces of amino acids to preserve only its mineral structure.
