The present volume contains a) a list of the 134 letters published by Wolkan that Enea Silvio Piccolomini wrote for Emperor Friedrich III, Duke Sigismund of Austria, and the imperial chancellor, Kaspar Schlick, from 1443 to 22 January 1454, b) the Latin text of 6 letters he wrote for the emperor from 1454 to 1455, and c) the Latin text of 11 letters he wrote, as a cardinal, for Pope Calixtus III in 1457.
