The current pace of innovation means that we need to adapt on a day-to-day basis and look to the long term. This requires ongoing training and professional anticipation: adapting on a day-to-day basis, but also looking to the future, developing a culture of projects and guidance, combining the cultural apparatus with that of integration and training. This text develops the example of the Cités des métiers, which pool resources and skills to meet a common need, ... which are being tried out in other regions but are encountering some difficulties in running several hares at once. In this respect, the objectives of the Cités des métiers, which combine scientific and technological cultural action with integration schemes, need to be clarified even further: on the one hand, to go further in the hybridisation of players and, on the other, to make the link between scientific and technical advances and everyday concerns.

Le rythme actuel des innovations oblige à une adaptation au quotidien et à une projection à long terme, Ce qui impose formation permanente et anticipation professionnelle : S’adapter au quotidien, mais aussi se projeter dans l’avenir, Développer la culture du projet et de l’orientation, Conjuguer l’appareil culturel et celui d’insertion et de formation. Ce texte développe l’exemple des Cités des métiers qui mutualisent ressources et compétences pour répondre à besoin commun, ... qui essaiment dans d'autres territoires mais rencontrent quelques difficultés à courir plusieurs lièvres à la fois. A ce propos, il faudrait donc encore plus clarifier les objectifs des Cités des métiers qui marient l'action culturelle scientifique et technologique avec les dispositifs d'insertion : d’une part, aller plus loin dans l’hybridation des acteurs et d’autre part, faire le lien entre les avancées scientifiques et techniques et les préoccupations quotidiennes.
