Microrobots et stations de microassemblage. Développement, modélisation et commande.
Résumé
To assemble and to process microproducts, especially MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems), the use of conventional assembly systems leads to important difficulties because of the scale effects and the complexity of the physics of the microworld. New actuators, new sensors and new production methods must be developped. On the other hand, microproducts production systems should have dimensions which are adapted to the one of the products. Those are called microfactory. The aims of this book are the design, the developpement and the local control of a micromanipulation station dedicated to a microfactory. The modularity concept is applied to the physical systems and to the controls.
