Lazy agreement in the Ladin DP
Résumé
In this article I will describe lazy agreement in the feminine plural noun phrase as
it manifests itself in some varieties of Central Ladin (a Romance linguistic
domain of Northern Italy). I will base my assumptions on Cinque’s theory (2005)
about the dual source of adjectives in Romance languages and their different
interpretations. I will try to demonstrate how the morphology of lazy agreement
disambiguates the possible readings of Romance postnominal adjectives.
