Analyse du point de cristallisation dans la chronogenèse du processus de raccrochage

Cette étude tend à analyser la répercussion des différentes temporalités, passé, présent, avenir, dans le processus du « raccrochage ». En effet, du processus à la réalisation d'un projet professionnel, la temporalité est au coeur du « raccrochage ». Nous empruntons au linguiste Gustave Guillaume (1924/1984), le terme de « chronogenèse» pour désigner l'organisation chronologique du processus de « raccrochage ». Nous nous intéresserons notamment au « point de cristallisation » du parcours, c'est-à-dire au moment déclencheur du « raccrochage », afin de montrer qu'il sert d'ancrage à la construction du projet. Indeed, from the process to the realization of a professional project, temporality is at the heart of re-entry. We borrow from the linguist Gustave Guillaume (1924/1984), the term "chronogenesis" to designate the chronological organization of the process of re-entry. We will focus on crystallization point in this process, namely to the triggering factor of this return, in order to reveal that it serves as a starting point of the project.
