It is legitimate to wonder how the public health policies of the last few decades have all, or almost all, contributed to the dete- rioration of the working conditions of the staff and the reception of the patients, under cover of fine speeches and good graphics. They seem to be impregnated with a managerial logic that subjects indi- viduals to an imaginary world, and fit strangely well with a certain positivist allopathic approach to care.
Il est légitime de se demander comment les politiques de santé publique de ces dernières décennies ont toutes, ou presque, contribué à détériorer les conditions de travail des personnels et d’accueil des patients, sous couvert de beaux discours et de bons graphiques. Elles semblent imprégnées d’une logique managériale qui soumet les individus à un monde imaginaire, et s’accommodent étrangement bien avec une certaine approche allopathique positiviste du soin.
