La cure psychanalytique dans une institution carcérale : une clinique possible

This article intends to reflect on the possibility of the utilisation of the psychoanalytical dispositive in an experience of clinical listening made in a feminine penitentiary institution in Brazil. The proposal of the individual treatment, offered to the interns when they spontaneously demand it, pursuits the delimitation of the function of the analyst as well as the possibility of receive the speech of a subject that founds him/herself in a situation of privation of the freedom. This article also aims to enlighten a theme few and scarcely discussed in the literature concerning the penal imprisonment of women and the treatment of the penitentiary population, emphasizing the subject in scene in the criminal passage to the act.
Cet article vise à aborder la possibilité d’utilisation du dispositif analytique lors d’une expérience de l’écoute clinique dans une institution pénitentiaire féminine au Brésil.La proposition de prise en charge individuelle, offerte aux détenues à partir d’une demande spontanée, se base sur la délimitation de la fonction de l’analyste et de la possibilité d’accueil de la parole d’un sujet se trouvant en situation de privation de liberté. Ce travail prétend aussi faire la lumière sur un thème peu discuté et rare dans la littérature qui se réfère à l’incarcération pénale de femmes et au traitement destiné à la population carcérale, en soulignant le sujet en scène dans le passage à l’acte délictueux.
